Once we have your “needs” and “wants” list we are ready to go the next and most important step, seeking out and interviewing possible agents to assist you on your journey. This is a three step process. First, we find an office that has the agent you are looking for and interview the manager, who will make their recommendations. Next, we will interview the agent or agents that they have recommended. And third, we pass the information on to you for a decision to either move forward or continue our search.
