Or, maybe a view is on the top of your “needs” list…Once we have your “wants” and “needs” lists we are ready to proceed to the next and most important step, seeking out and interviewing possible agents to assist you on your journey. First, we interview the Broker/manager’s to see if they have what we are looking for in an agent. If they do we will ask for their recommendations. Next, we will interview the agent or agents that they have recommended. And third, we pass the information on to you for your decision to either move forward or continue our search until we find a match.
